The annual Greening Campaign conference was a great opportunity for all Greening groups across Hampshire to come together and hear about the role of the Greening Campaign within national and Hampshire strategies.
The day included talks to give everyone a view, right across the campaign so everyone understands all the Pillars so they can work together and be the most effective and united in their community. There were also breakout sessions for knowledge sharing both across the Pillars and within the Pillars. And most importantly it was a chance for all the groups to meet each other!
‘Amazingly inspiring to be in a room of likeminded people’ was one statement during the conference.
‘So many amazing gems to think about’ was another.

Patrick Alcorn from Department for Energy Security and Net Zero was the key note speaker and our winning talk was from Bishopstoke who filled the room with positivity and confidence to move onwards.
The room was filled with people who were so excited and determined to make a difference it created a really worthwhile day.
So many inspiring communities sharing their information.
