Greening Silchester blew the roof off the village hall with a great turn out of interested villagers at their Public Meeting – standing room only in a packed room. The guides gave such amazing speeches and pleas for change that the Parish Magazine is going to print every single one – their main message ‘Stop Climate Change’.
Lots of people signed up to start making changes in their village so the work starts Monday when everyone meets their Greening Campaign support. Well done Vanessa for working so hard to make this happen (you are extraordinary), and well done Silchester for being such a welcoming, active, clued up village! Can’t wait to see what happens next!
